Tony came to yoga in 1988 and has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years. He began yoga through a friend’s recommendation to help a bad back and improve his surfing. He has a personal commitment and dedication to yoga and has studied with the founder, Mr BKS Iyengar in Pune, India and became a fully certified teacher in 1996. Tony has directed Bridge Yoga Studio for the last 12 years and has developed a unique relaxed teaching style catering to men and women. He also has a particular interest and expertise in working with people to assist them with their performance development and recovery. He is currently working with all players from Richmond Football club and St Kilda Football Club and has been working with Hawthorn Football Club and in the past has worked with Collingwood and Carlton Football Clubs. Not only does he have commitment with footballers but has worked with many other professionals, Victorian Cricket Team, Shane Warne, Melbourne Storm, Wallabies Rugby Union, Women’s and Men’s Golf of Victoria and principal dancers from the Australian Ballet.
